About Macrofy

Why I created this project.

Macrofy started as a personal tool — a clean space to calculate macros, understand nutrition, track numbers, and actually stay consistent without juggling multiple apps. I wanted something simple, fast, and helpful.

Everything here is built with the mindset of real training: no nonsense, no bloat, just honest tools that respect your time and your goals.

The gym, training, and why it matters to me.

Fitness isn’t just a hobby for me — it’s structure, sanity, discipline, and growth. I’ve used lifting and running to push through rough patches, rebuild confidence, and prove something to myself: I keep going.

Diet, macros, and recovery became a big part of that. When you realise how deeply food and sleep affect mood, energy, and strength, you stop guessing. You start tracking. You start improving.

Macrofy represents that mindset: do the basics well, stay consistent, and use the numbers to guide (not control) your life.

  • Training keeps me grounded.
  • Nutrition keeps me performing.
  • Tracking keeps me honest.

My training timeline

Replace these entries with your real journey — first sessions, cuts, bulks, injuries, comebacks, mindset shifts, everything.

2019 First time lifting

Where it all started — no routine, no idea what I was doing, but something clicked.

Replace with an early gym picture.

2021 Consistency era

The year consistency actually happened — tracking lifts, following real programs, eating with purpose.

2023 Dialled diet

Started caring about macros, protein, recovery — and everything started feeling easier.

Add a cutting/lean phase picture.

2024–2025 Macrofy built

The tools I needed didn’t exist — so I built them.

Screenshot + physique pic works great here.

Macrofy is a college project built with the intention of being a real tool for training, nutrition, and consistency.
